Customer Buying Styles Workshop

I went along hoping to get a new insight into how to deal with the fussiest of customers and ultimately, how to get them to hand over their cash! It was a lovely little group, everyone excited about learning the secrets to selling. We were all a very creative bunch, and as with most crafty types, we’re really good at making beautiful things but not so great at selling and promoting ourselves.

So we listened eagerly to our workshop facilitator, Emma Goodwin from Bizness Babes as she shared with us her practical tricks of the trade. She taught us to watch and listen to our customers, how to distinguish different personality types and what it means to offer excellent customer service. Everyone had stories to share about their personal experiences and their hopes for their businesses.

I encourage all of you to take part in this workshop, if it is offered again. Emma’s enthusiasm, experience and knowledge is invaluable. I would like to thank Emma for a very informative and thought provoking day… you’ve got it girl!
