Good Customer Service

Do you make things?  Have you had your own stall at our market yet?  When you do you need to have a stall at least 3 times so that the customers get to know you. Good customer service will send the customer away happy – so happy they tell friends & family great things about you, and then they will come and purchase from you. A customer may need to see, touch and feel your product a few times before they purchase it.  Always be as positive as you can about your product, you never ever know who you are talking to...  More Market Tips here.
