Home of little heard music

Community broadcaster PBS 106.7FM is an icon of Melbourne‘s unique music and arts community. Since 1979, PBS has been a key provider of independent and diverse music. With over 80 specialist music programs ranging from soul to garage to country to jazz, PBS is dedicated to promoting and nurturing music in all its diversity.

PBS announcers are music-loving folk who volunteer their energy, music knowledge and vast record collections to prepare in-depth, specialist, music-centric programs. Every announcer has total and utter autonomy over what they play. Their programs are a reflection of their ever evolving musical tastes, enthusiasms and discoveries - a musical journey which is shared intimately with the audience.

We had Dingo play at our wedding many moons ago.  I was listening to the station and LOVED what I was hearing, so I rang the station and spoke directly to him. I‘m a big fan of Blues & Roots, which the station do so well.
