February photo-a-day challenge

Years ago I used to participate in Self Portrait Tuesday. Each Tuesday I would take a photo of myself and upload it to my personal blog and link back to the then Self Portrait Tuesday blog. It is kind of narcissistic I suppose, but it was a great way for me to be creative and feel connected to a community. I had just had my first child and felt disconnected - this kept me feeling a part of.

Anyhow there are now so many awesome things you can get involved in on the web. Instagram (my obsession) is one way to be a part of something. Fat Mum Slim organised a Jan photo - a - day and so many of my friends are taking part that I thought we should share about the FEB challenge here!

How to take part in February photo-a-day:

1. Using the list as inspiration, take a photo each day.
2. Share it on Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #FEBphotoaday. You can also share on your blog or on Facebook ... or even keep the photos privately for yourself.
3. Check out other people‘s photos and like them or comment on them.
