Import Ants are wholesalers of Maximus Elephant Paper which is 100% recycled handmade from office waste paper and Elephant Dung.

Manufactured in Sri Lanka, a country where traditionally elephants and humans have competed over scarce land resources resulting in injury on both sides, the production of the paper directly contributes to the villager‘s income linking it to the survival of the elephants.

There are no chlorines or acids used in the handmade manufacturing process and only salt dyes are used for colouring. The paper has a soft, vellum like feel and can be printed with both inkjet and laser printers. It is tree free, environmentally friendly and sustainable. They have A4 Card and Paper with matching envelopes, Art Sheet of Paper, Journals, Note Cubes and an Eco Max Range.

Maximus supports the Elephant Millennium Foundation that provide a home for aged and disabled elephants and a mobile veterinary hospital developed in conjunction with WSPA the World Society for the Protection of Animals.
