Winter school holidays have just begun here in Victoria.  What to do with the kidlets?

Well we are moving house these holidays so I have been making packing and culling a game of responsibilty and rewards with the big girl.  For every garbage bag full of clothes/toys/books we cull she gets $10.  The rules are that if she no longer uses it or has grown out of it, it either goes to her little sister or passed on to the Salvos.  The past two days have seen us cull FOUR bags full of ‘stuff‘ and have been handed on to charity.  The big girl has earnt $40 and I have saved arguments & crying, so priceless really!

But back to what to do in the wintery weather school holiday‘s:

A train set out of old cartons

Paint some colour into your world

An I‘m BORED jar

and a CUTE cupcake felt activity
