Olympic Fever

Can you feel it? The Olympic Fever that is! Although I‘m feeling that‘s it‘s not so much about the athletes as it is about BIG BUSINESS & BRANDING. Did you watch the always-awesome Gruen Transfer last night? Food for thought.

Anyhow our big girl is in grade 2 and her whole school is getting into Olympic Fever. One of the things they are doing is called the ‘Potato Olympics‘. They all had to bring in a potato that they have since decorated and will put through the rings (so to speak) once the games begin! I‘ve been searching the net for some crafty things to make with the kids here are just a few:
